Initiate Your Request
Log into your Ravin account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original condition, then include your printed return slip inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
